JANE W. FREEMAN is an associate attorney in the law firm of Cacace, Tusch & Santagata, a general practice law firm with offices in
Jane is the chair of the firm's Land Use Practice Group. She concentrates her practice in land use, real estate and related litigation, representing developers and community groups. She regularly appears before municipal land use boards on planning, zoning and wetlands applications and serves as legal counsel in trials and appeals relating to these issues. She serves on the Executive Committee of the Planning & Zoning Section of the Connecticut Bar Association and lectures on land use topics to attorneys, developers, municipal officials and other land professionals.
