Seminar - Real Estate Tax Appeals in Connecticut - Practical Perspectives

In February, Ron Kowalski was Program Chair and Speaker for a sold-out Connecticut Bar Association seminar titled "Real Estate Tax Appeals in Connecticut - Practical Perspectives." Panelists included Judge George Levine, of the Tax Session of the Superior Court, Darien Assessor Anthony J. Homicki and John J. Leary, MAI.

The seminar was attended by both private practice and municipal attorneys from around Connecticut, and covered a wide range of tax appeal topics, from working effectively with the revaluation company, to making a strong presentation to the local board of assessment appeals, to litigating contested tax appeals.
