DANIELLE M. BERCURY is an associate in the law firm of Cacace, Tusch & Santagata, a general practice firm with offices in Stamford and Greenwich.  She holds a B.A. (2001, Politics) from Ithaca College, and a J.D. (2007, magna cum laude) from Quinnipiac University School of Law.  Danielle is admitted to practice in the state of Connecticut. 

The primary focus of Danielle's practice is Land Use Planning and Zoning.  She routinely works on zoning applications with residential and commercial developers at the local and state level.  Representative matters include special permits, zoning regulation text changes, site plan review, building and demolition permits and Coastal Area Management and Wetlands applications. Danielle also works on zoning appeals and litigation. 

In law school, Danielle served as a casenote editor for the Quinnipiac Law Review.  She received the Distinguished Academic Achievement Award in Criminal Law, Legal Skills, Criminal Procedure and Environmental Law.  She was the recipient of the Dean's Scholarship from 2004 through 2007 and received the Connecticut Attorneys Title Insurance Company Foundation Scholarship in 2006.  Danielle was recognized for Excellence in Oral Advocacy in 2005 and was awarded a Superior Classroom Performance Award in 2007.

Danielle lives by the beach in Milford, Connecticut.  She serves on the Milford Conservation Commission and is an active member of the Milford Environmental Concerns Coalition.  She also works with Community Energy, Inc., one of the nation's leading developers of wind power.   Danielle is a member of the Connecticut and Fairfield County Bar Associations and is a Young Leader with the Urban Land Institute.
